Into The Stars

A musical space adventure for under 10 year olds and their parents. It is full of live songs, interactive games for kids, lots of Ukeboxbaby twists, bubbles, giant balloons, ribbon sticks, silly string, parachutes, water guns and more. There are also ukulele lessons for children who have the chance to come up on-stage. There is never a dull moment. Ukeboxbaby founder, singer and teacher Penny Hartley performs alongside assistant storyteller Zee Cameron with DJ Daddy behind the decks.

Ukeboxbaby burst onto the children's education and entertainment scene two years ago in a puff of glitter, bubbles and streamers. Founder Penny Hartley teaches the ukulele in local schools and has performed her family shows at festivals, events and theatres; these include, Camp Bestival, Komedia, Brighton Fringe Festival and Fat Boy Slim's Big Beach Cafe, to name a few.

Penny is on a mission to spread the joy of music to children, and is a firm believer that music is the strongest form of magic.

Non-walking babies, who will either be on a lap or in the arms of a parent, do not require a ticket and can enter any of our shows for free.
