Sonic Harmonics Sound Bliss Bath
The intention for this special sonic harmonics sound bliss bath is to create a beautiful sacred space for us all to enjoy, nurture and nourish, and replenish our soul shine beings.
This will be a deeply relaxing and meditative experience, giving you the opportunity to journey into a blissful restful place of well being and harmony, whilst you enjoy the scared sounds of the Tibetan Tingsha Cymbals, Himalayan Bowls, Crystal Quartz Bowls & Koshi Chimes as they wash over you with their amazing musical frequencies, creating a wonderful atompshere of rejuvination and relaxation amongst these beautiful sacred sounds.
The Tibetan Tingsha Cymbals & The Himalayan bowls are beautiful and rich in their ancient tones and resonance. The Koshi Chimes bring a sense and feeling of being in a magical lullaby.
Each of the Crystal Quartz bowls is pitch perfect and attuned to each of the chromatic musical notes, and attuned to the 432Hz frequency, which is beautiful, radiant, and equisite in it's sweet harmony, these are very sepcial and beautiful bowls.
Each of the notes and bowls correspond to each of the energy chakras within the body temple. During the sound bath there will be a focus and intention on the toning and rebalancing of the chakras, the primary energy centers of the body, as well as the intention of strengthening the aura and energetic light body, as well as to bring and create harmony, peace and well being to the physical body temple being.
Sound baths are a wonderful way to rebalance and refresh the brain waves, as well as to bring an energising zing to the atoms and cells of our amazing beings.
This is a wonderful opportunity to gift yourself with some special time out to relax and restore with the sacred sounds of the Himalayan Bowls, Tibetan Tingsha Cymbals , Crystal Qaurtz Bowls, Koshi Chimes, and the Universe Chi healing energy that washes over you like a blissful bath of rejuvenation , restoration and well being!
Please arrive 15 minutes early to settle in, and get comfy , as well as allow a good 10 mins or so to re ground and gently come back to full presence after experiencing the deep meditative and healing space with the sacred sonic sounds.

The Space, Comfort & What To Bring:
The Spiegeltent is an amazingly wonderful space, being circular in shape, and with a high circular bell tent style roof , it will be a special space to create a beautiful sound bliss bath.
Please bring a yoga mat or something comfortable to put on the floor that you can lay comfortably with. Feel free to bring a light blanket or cushion if you feel this will help make you feel more comfortable.
Ideally wear something light and comfortable, and warm enough for laying back and relaxing for an hour. The Spiegeltent is overall a lovely and warm space, and we will have canvas skylights available to open for fresh air.
It is recommended to have some water with you, and to come well hydrated. Ideally do not come with a full stomach so you can enjoy an optimum experience, as our bodies are great conductors and very receptive when they are well hydrated, and light. Though do come feeling comfortable in your tummy etc
It is recommended that you take jewellery, watches, and metal objects off before you begin the sound bath, so help prevent these from ineterfering with any of the vibrational harmonics. You can keep you're valuables by yourside, and there are side seat areas for your belongings, coats and shoes etc.
